Rule convert for Discus Throwing

It used to be that high school and college discus throwing were a lot distinct from each other. The rules were different, the equipment was different, etc... However, now the gap in the middle of the collegiate and high school levels is shrinking. The most recent change has to do with the field allotment into which the contestants' throws must land.

Wheras in high school the throwers used to be confined to whether a 40 or 60 degree area, collegiate track and field athletes had a slimmer 34.92 degree angle. Now though, high school athletes are being held to the same standards as their older counterparts. They too must keep their throws within a 34.92 degree area.

Throwing Spikes

This change has resulted in a lot of anxious high school track and field coaches. However, this anxiety is not due their inability to teach their athletes enough discipline and technique to stay within the rules. The nervousness is due to the fact that many high school programs have purchased discus rings and structures that are manufactured specifically for the wider angle of high school discus throwing. Many are fearful that they will have to buy new, costly structures to keep their programs afloat.

All that is required is two further sleeves to be added to the already existing structure. So, coaches be not afraid. Stackhouse can help you.

Mega Man 10: Challenges 1 [79], Crab Puncher H (Perfect Run, Hard Mode) --- The Crab Puncher is the boss of the second Wily Stage in Mega Man 10. Its weakness is the Commando Bomb (and an indirect attack with Thunder Wool). Attacks The Crab Puncher attacks by shooting bubbles and punching with its giant claws. Its eyes are its weak points, and each eye is half of the boss' health. The claws can be destroyed unless blocking the eyes, in which case they are invulnerable. Blocks with damaging but non-lethal spikes on the bottom can be used to reach the top eye and top claw. Strategy Firing the Commando Bomb right in the middle of Crab Punchers face will cause the explosion to hit both eyes for massive damage. An additional strategy is to fire a Thunder Wool above the eyes so that the lightning hits both eyes at once. Note that if the wool hits an eye, it will be destroyed and do minimal damage. Two double lightning hits will destroy the Crab Puncher on Normal mode. Triple blade at close range can also do alot of damage as multiple blades hiting their target can deal more damage than 1 blade alone [edit] Trivia The eyes on the Crab Puncher look like the eyes on Wily Machine 3, Phase 1 for Mega Man 3 (NES) Strategy Strike Man starts off by throwing Rebound Striker at you while rolling and bouncing around. On Hard Mode, Strike Man has a new attack in which he jumps to middle of the room and begins to spin around, tossing four Rebound Strikers at a time, once he lands, he is ...
